Ann Arbor Women Artists (AAWA)
Founded in 1951, it's an independent, non-profit organization with a membership of 200 women and a few good men who are engaged in the creation of art in all mediums and at varying levels of experience.

Oil Painters of America (OPA)
Founded in 1991, it provides a network of fellow artists and experienced professionals that can assist in their request for painting excellance.

Portrait Society of America (PSA)
Formed around 1998, it's a national not-for-profit corporation dedicated to furthering the traditions of fine art portaiture.
